New toys!

I'm so excited! I got a new knife today! A new Wusthof Santoku! And a new cutting board, olive pitter and microplane!

I'm making olive spaghetti, it's Giada's recipe, and the olive pitter will make it so much easier! I usually cut them off the pits or smash them, both labor intensive! I only use green olives, I like it better this way, and I add either pan-fried prosciutto or bacon! SO good!

So that and some prosecco is what is on the menu tonight! I'm excited about prep and eating!
